Injected

So much detail and hours without using any filters.
There isn't that much to say about this only that Crome takes huge injections of some sort of medicine that he's been placed on when he was at the asylum to make him less murderous and more calmer. It actually works, and he apparently does take the injections....sometimes. Damn this took forever and is probably the most detailed pic I ever made so far
I just realized I forgot his scar across his eye so I kinda had to fix it.
