As for the picture this is what I think is going on. Crome can't tie ties and wants the cake. Xon hates wearing that suit and is tugging at it, possibly whining. Daniel is about to eat the cake Crome wants, and Evoro I guess is preventing Crome from diving in and stuffing his face full of cake, instead of eating the food in front of him.
